Please submit your session documentation as MS document to our email.

• Working with someone who has an issue similar to what you want to focus on in your practice
• Practicing Object Therapy technique both ways: as a part of your session and as  a pre-trance diagnostics (“with their eyes open”)
• Scheduling your session sooner than later, so you have enough time to document and submit your assignment

Here is what you will include in your submission:

• General intake- include pre-trance diagnostics if applicable
• Short issue description and discomfort (physical or emotional) intensity on a scale from 0-10 (10 being the worst)
• Response to suggestibility test; consider using a scale for every test – it could be 0-5 or 0-10, doesn’t really matter
• For this assignment, documenting what induction you use is not important. What you document instead is the description of the save place
• Object before & after
• Client’s results – identify discomfort intensity at the end of the session
• What post-hypnotic suggestions were given
